The several days before. I'm looking for information on the Serta Rest Queen 3" Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper, so i would like to describe here.
Finally go to sleep for more than 2 hours at a time. This is the best purchase I've ever made. Ever. (and I do a lot of shopping!) At first I bought the wrong one I had read, one that is much thicker and has no gel. It's in the basement after trying it for a week without any improved sleep. When I put this on the bed, I immediately felt the comfort. It took about a month to work gradually up to sleep 6-7-8 hours in a row. Wow. What a lifetime of difference
